You can allow your visitors to sign in with their social accounts by following the steps below:

 

1. Click on Settings > Advanced.

2. Turn on Request visitor data before chat.

3. Turn on Allow social sign in and click on Update.

4. You're done!

 

Now your visitors can sign in with their social accounts (currently only with Facebook) before they start their chat. You'll see their name and email address during the chat.
