Your customers can contact you directly without visiting your website. You just have to share with them your direct chat page link.

 

You can create your direct chat pages by following the steps below:

 

1. Sign in and click on Settings > Direct chat > Add.

2. Enter Name, Title, Heading and a little Introduction of your page and click Save.

3. Copy the link and share it with your customers :)
