You can hide the chat box when your visitors are browsing specific page on your website by following the steps below:
1. Click Settings > Filters.
2. Turn on the filters by clicking on the button at the top.
3. Click on Add page button.
4. Select your desired condition, enter the URL of the page and click on Update.
5. You're done!
Example 1:
When you select Page Equals and enter URL mywebsite.com/blog you're saying: "Hide the chat box when visitors go to page mywebsite.com/blog".
Example 2:
When you select Page Contains and enter URL blogs you're saying: "Hide the chat box when visitors go to page which contains "blogs" in the URL address. Therefore if you have the following pages:
mywebsite.com
mywebsite.com/products
mywebsite.com/contactus
mywebsite.com/blogs/first
mywebsite.com/blogs/second
mywebsite.com/blogs/third
then the chat box will be hidden on mywebsite.com/blogs/first, mywebsite.com/blogs/second and mywebsite.com/blogs/third.
