Free plan

Premium plan

 

Includes all features from the Free plan plus the following:

You can remove the "Powered by LiveSupporti" text.

You can have 5 or more agents which can chat with your website visitors.

The chat box can be translated in any language you want.

You can change the colors of your chat box.

If you want you can upload your company logo which will be displayed in the chat box.

Your visitors can send you files and your agents also can send files to your website visitors.

You can assign your agents to different groups (departments) so they can chat with your visitors who have requests to specific group. For example, you can create two groups “Sales” and “Support”. Then you can assign your sales staff to the group “Sales” and your technical staff to the group “Support”.

When a visitor visits your website they can chose one of the two departments before starting the chat based on the question they have.

When you don't want to show the chat box to visitors from specific countries you can use a filter. Aslo you can hide the chat box from specific pages.
